Zha Zhen Tou
The pillow-shaped snack is made of sweet potatoes and flour. After the sweet potato is peeled and steamed, it is stirred with flour, salt and sugar. It is then rolled flat and cut into rectangular pieces. The pieces are deep fried until they turn yellow. They are delicious and nutritious.
