Longqingxia Valley is a 4A Level Scenic Spot located in Jiuxian County, which is well-known for its distinctive landscapes. The waterway is 14 miles in length and 30 to 50 meters in width. Steep cliff and towering steep are on both sides of the Valley, which is a natural valley surrounded by mountains and rivers. It is honored as the North “Small Three Gorges” and “Small Lijiang River”. In the winter, it is very cold here, thus every year Ice-Lantern Festival would be held in Longqingxia Valley. The ice-lantern of Longqingxia Valley is well-known all over the Capital.
